We use the Amazon Selling Partner API and the Amazon Advertising API to download reports, which arrive in a variety of JSON formats. We convert them all to a standard format and compile them into a virtualized SQL database. Then when the data is requested through the Bidbear dashboard we make queries to that database and compile the information with up to date meta information which is fetched from the API's.

It's a big more complicated than that, but that's the gist.

From the Amazon Selling Partner API we download performance reports grouped by account and ASIN.

From the Amazon Advertising API we download basically every available report for Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.

In total, we download over 30 different reports, every day, for each account.

As long as you want. We'll store reports for the duration of a subscription. Over time, you'll have access to a detailed record of your advertising and sales performance spanning years if you want.

Yes. We take data security very seriously. We use the same authorization and security protocols as Amazon.

Bidbear does not share any data (even aggregated anonymous data) with other users or third parties of any kind. Data is strictly walled off by user. For example we will not tell you what the average ACOS is for all our customers, or any other such metric.
